VicVic Games (vicvic.games) is a small hobby site where a father and son share web games they make together. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

The games are provided "as is"

Everything here is offered for free, for fun, with no warranties of any kind. The games and the site may have bugs, may change, or may go offline at any time. We're not liable for any damages or losses that result from using the site.

Be kind

Don't try to break, abuse, attack, or overload the site. Don't submit offensive, harassing, or unlawful content (including in high-score initials or anywhere else). We may remove any content and block access at our discretion.

What we collect

We keep things minimal:

• High scores: when you submit a score we store the initials you type, the score, and your IP address. The IP is used to prevent abuse and rate-limit submissions — it is not shown publicly on the leaderboard.
• Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies or fingerprinting.
• No accounts, no advertising, no third-party trackers.

Kids

The site is family-friendly and made partly by a kid. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what's described above. Parents who'd like data removed can email us.

Intellectual property

The games, art, and writing on this site are made by us and our collaborators. Please don't redistribute or modify them without permission. Game engines and fonts used (e.g. Bitsy, Google Fonts) belong to their respective creators.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect any changes.
